The NHS is running out of money due to the cost of expensive medication. Whats New Today?October 3rd 2008 US injecting $700,000,000,000 into the economy. How will this effect us?
UK government is bullying its citizens - is Gordon Brown the Right Man for the job? - please help change thingsThe purpose of this website is simply to tell our UK government that we are NOT stupid nor are we blind. I am not sure why do we all accept the outrageous abuse and bullying this government is giving us; I suppose that although we can all be stronger together, we still cant see that together, we do have an immense power which is far greater than the power of the government. Here is a short-list of the way this government is bullying us: No Smoking Law – Lets start here were the government is making an absolute fortune on tax levied to the cost of cigarettes. The general idea is to stop people smoking and save some NHS cost. Does someone know anyone who stopped smoking as a result of the No Smoking Law? Furthermore, does someone know anyone who stopped smoking because of the prohibitive cost of a packet of cigarettes in this country? The answer is probably NO! What is happening is this: The NHS service is as poor as ever if nor poorer. More people break the law by smoking where they are not supposed to smoke. There is more filth on the streets especially at the entrance to pubs, bars, hotels and office buildings. And the NHS…. What a service. I personally know of 2 different people who nearly lost their life due to negligence and a further few who actually died. What else are we going to talk about here? How about the speeding con, the parking fines generated through cameras, council tax collected for refuse, police and fire service and ambulance service most of which are extremely poor… and how about fuel prices, interest rates, bailiffs, unlicensed car clampers? |
